1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Same-day service is subject to availability.
  • A valid contact number and address must be provided at the time of booking.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices may vary depending on the size and condition of the property.
  • Any additional requirements will be charged separately with prior customer approval.
  • Payments can be made in cash, online transfer, or other accepted methods after service completion.

3. Service Limitations

  • Our team will perform cleaning tasks as per the selected package.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed prior to cleaning.
  • Customers must provide access to water and electricity at the service location.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.
  • Last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation fee.

5. Safety & Conduct

  • Our cleaners are trained, verified, and follow strict safety guidelines.
  • Customers are requested not to engage staff in activities outside the agreed scope of work.

6. Liability

  • While utmost care is taken, Aachan Cleaning Service is not liable for accidental damages, loss of items, or delays caused by factors beyond our control.
  • Customers are advised to safeguard valuables before the service begins.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
